It starts with gratitude and family. We're Jeff and Alden, the husband-and-wife team behind Silver Spark Aid, based right here in Texas. We feel truly blessed to still have all four of our parents with us in their late 70s and early 80s. Yet we've also walked alongside them through the heartfelt challenges of aging: serious strokes that impacted strength and daily life, a complicated back surgery leading to ongoing pain and multiple care facility stays, and the quiet struggles with mobility, comfort, and maintaining independence at home. Through hospital visits, rehab sessions, and those small moments of resilience, we've seen how thoughtful products can truly make a difference—easing frustrations, restoring dignity, and helping loved ones stay safer and more comfortable right where they belong: at home. These real-life experiences turned our personal care into a bigger purpose.
